1. First, consider the intended use

2. Select Size

• Most Common Flag: 3×5 ft (90×150cm)

3. Choosing Fabric

• 75D (Thin): Lightweight, slightly sheer, most commonly used fabric for flags.
• 150D (Medium): Suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.
• Knitted Fabric: Durable, suitable for long-term outdoor use.
• Shushi Fabric, Shushi Cotton Fabric: Special sheen, most commonly used for pennant series.
• Twill Fabric: Commonly used fabric for election vests, home decorations (curtains, aprons, etc.).
• Other: We can provide sample prints of the fabrics you wish to print on (polyester is preferred).

4. Printing Methods

• Screen Printing: Plate fee applies (one plate per color) / Minimum order quantity applies / Lower unit price / Longer processing time
• Digital Printing: Digital Direct Printing, Dye-Sublimation Transfer (No plate fees / Suitable for small quantities / Higher unit cost / Shorter production time)
• Laminated Heat Transfer Printing: Widely applicable to various fabric types / Suitable for both light and dark fabric backings

5. Post-processing

• Body Tube: Can be threaded through a flagpole/Folded-back fabric (the extended portion of the flag is folded back to create a more consistent visual effect).
• Brass Buckles: Standard, for wall hanging or hanging.
• Tie Cord: Can be added to increase flag's sturdiness.
• Machine-Stitched Edges: Higher price, but increases durability.
• Laser Heat-Cutting Edges: A common and economical method.
